How to replace a faulty Callfinder®

In the event your Callfinder® is not working properly or broken, please contact us so that we may assist you and assess the situation.

In order to assist you we will need the following information:

  • The title or titles of the Callfinder® ready books you have.
  • The batch number of your Callfinder® *.

*I dont know where to find my batch number

  • Whether you bought a Callfinder® package (Callfinder® ready book, Callfinder®, sound file) or if you bought the book, Callfinder®, and sound files as separate items.
  • Where you made the purchase.
  • When you made the purchase.
