How do I upload the sound file from my computer to my Callfinder®

1. Connect your Callfinder® to your computer with the USB cable you received with your purchase.
2. Select/open by double clicking the ‘removable’ or ‘USB Drive/disc option’ (the name usually used for the Callfinder® by your computer)
3. Once you opened the file, you will see three folders: Book, Record and MP3. Double click on Book folder to open.
4. Go to the place where the sound file is stored on your computer. Right click now on the downloaded sound file and choose copy.
5. Go to your Book folder of the Callfinder®, right click and choose paste.The sound file should now download into the Book folder.
6. Check the following on the Callfinder®:
   • The Record and Mp3 folders should be empty
   • Delete older versions of the same sound file
   • Close the Book folder
   • Close the Callfinder®
   • Disconnect the Callfinder® from your computer

Your Callfinder® is ready to be tested on your Callfinder® ready book.
