Callfinder® Troubleshooting
- The Callfinder® is named by the computer as a ‘Removable disc drive’, an ‘USB Drive/disc’ or an ‘External drive/disc’.
- Once the Callfinder® is connected to your computer you should be able to find one of the above names by clicking on your File explorer by searching under ‘My computer’.
