Lambert Smith

Briza Publications author Lambert Smith (deceased 2016) was an internationally published photographer who has trained in South Africa, Sweden, Germany and Switzerland and has more than 40 years experience as a professional photographer.

He was an avid naturalist and amateur entomologist and was working towards building up a comprehensive database of digital photographs of South African insects which can be of both scientific and educational value. His photographs are in constant demand and many of his insect images have been published as well as used by museums, universities, schools and other educational institutions throughout the world.
